March 11, 2014Intellectual Property Rights
For those of you who are wondering if they you have hit the wrong blog, please sit back. This is indeed about Intellectual Property and what I have referred to (in my title) is about the trademark ‘BRAHMOS’. More facilities through e-filing system for Patents
In yet another upgrade, the Indian Patent office has made available few more facilities through its e-filing system (“system”). Expedited Examination of Trademarks in India – How fast is fast?
To all who read this, my aim here is to share something that I have been brooding about...It may even be something “you” have been brooding about.. Hopefully someone or maybe even the Indian Trademark Office will come up with a satisfying answer?
How Smart would Dumb Starbucks be in India?
February 20, 2014Intellectual Property Rights
