Debasmita is currently heading the APAC team and with over 5 years of experience, she focuses on providing advisory on various copyright, trademark, domain name & commercial disputes and strategizing IP portfolios of clients. Debasmita has also been actively involved in various litigation matters and had played a pertinent role in matters where landmark judgment had been reserved.

Debasmita has completed her Bachelors in law and then pursued LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Business Law from the University of Calcutta.

She not only values the creation of the mind but has a deep loving for the smell of new books which clearly cumulates the synchronization of bibliophile and IP enthusiastic.
