The complainant company is India’s first national, large format specialist retail chain for consumer electronics and durable. They are the registered proprietors of the trademark CROMA and conduct the said business under this mark. The respondent sent an email to amicably setlle the dispute but failed to respond any further.

Disputed domain name identical and confusingly similar to trademark of complainant;

Respondent has no rights or legitimate interest;

Respondent registered the disputed domain name in bad faith;

It was ordered that the respondent shall transfer the disputed domain name in favour of the complainant.
