Complainant is the proprietor of the mark “ezeego” and “ezeegol” and has spent about 61.21 crores to develop and promote the said mark. It is also the registrant of website ezeegol.co.in from the year 2005. Respondent registered the domain ezeego.org.in incorporating the registered mark of the complainant in the year 2009.

Findings & Award:

Disputed domain name identical and confusingly similar;

Has no rights or legitimate interest  registered in bad faith;

Ordered that the domain name be transferred to the complainant.
