The Complainant was founded in 1822 and holds strong position in three business lines transportation and logistics, communication and media and electricity storage and solutions. The Complainant is the registered owner of the trademark BOLLORE LOGISTICS along with several others. The Respondent contended that he bought and registered the disputed domain name under instructions from his client. The Respondent had admitted to purchase of the disputed domain from the provider Big Rock LLC and was willing to transfer the disputed domain to the Complainant.

Identical trademark and confusingly similar to trademark;
No right or legitimate interest;
Registered and used in bad faith;
Ordered that the complaint must be allowed and the disputed domain be transferred to the Complainant and directed the parties to bear their own costs.
