The Complainant submits that “SOLVAY” is the principal trademark of the Complainant also also forms a dominant part of the corporate name of the complainant. The complainant states that the disputed domain name has been registered by the complainant in the year 1995. The complainant further submits that it bonafidely adopted the the said mark/name around the year 1863 and numerous trademark registrations for the mark ‘SOLVAY’ around the world including India. The respondent has adopted the domain name in bad faith and has no affiliation to the complainant.
