It was founded in 1884 and operates its business in the luxury goods industry but not limited to watches, rings, necklaces and fragrance products. The complainant also owns several luxury hotels. The complainant contends that their trademark have been protected in India in various classes. The Complainant holds domain name registrations from the year 1998 for the disputed domain name. The Respondent has registered the disputed domain name in bad faith as there is no affiliation between the respondent and the complainant.
