The complainant claims that their brand DANONE was established in 1919 for dairy products and bottles water. The trademark has been registered in India and other countries as well. The respondent claims that they registered the disputed domain for one of their clients in the US who never turned up afterwards and they are willing to transfer the domain.

Findings & Award:

The respondent himself has come forward to transfer the disputed domain and hence it was ordered that the domain be transferred in favor of the complainant.
