Mugdha is an associate whose practice is focused on matters pertaining to Trademarks, Designs, Copyrights and Commercial Agreements. Mugdha appreciates the particularities of working with small businesses, global entities, and everyone in-between, and has been advising, managing and maintaining IP portfolios of clients (including Fortune 500 companies) in diverse fields such as FMCGs, Pharmaceuticals, Media Broadcasting and others. Her practice encompasses on advising on all aspects of trademarks, designs and copyrights including risk assessment searches, applications and filing, responding to office actions/oppositions, strategic development and management of worldwide trademark portfolios.

In addition to her IP practice, she also has experience in advising, drafting, vetting and securing favourable client terms in Creative and Media services agreements, Licensing agreements, marketing services agreements, software licenses, influencer and talent agreements and others.

She has graduated from Dr Ambedkar College, Nagpur. Apart from having keen interest in Intellectual property rights, Mugdha finds solace in trekking and singing in her leisure time.
