The Complainant is the owner of INDEED trademark which is in use since 2004 and has been regsitered in various countries including India. It owns several domain names such as www.indeed.co.in, www.indeed.com, etc. The domain name registered by the Respondent is identical and confusingly similar to the trademark registered by the Complainant under various classes, has no right or legitimate interest and used in bad faith and this case has been filed.
