The complainant is a company provides the customers to book self driven car in more than 40 cities of India. The complainant is the owner of the registered trademark Zoomcar and various domain names under such name the disputed domain name has been registered on September 25, which is identical and confusingly similar to the complainants trademark.

Findings & Award:

The disputed domain name is identical and confusingly similar to the complainant’s trademark “Zoomcar”.

The respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed Domain name and the respondent has registered the Domain name in bad faith therefore it was held that the disputed domain name be transferred to the complainant.
