The Complainant is one among the Vacation Ownership Company to be ISO 27001 certified. The Complainant has registered domain such as CLUB MAHINDRA, MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS, etc. The Respondent has been using the disputed domain name and hence this case was brought in by the Complainant.
Findings & Award:
Identical or confusingly similar to trademark, no right or legitimate interest, registered and used in bad faith. Ordered that the disputed domain name be transferred to the Complainant with no orders as to costs.
