The Complainant is a global management consultant and renders technology services and an outsourcing company. The Complainant owns registration in the trade marks ACCENTURE and domain names. The Respondent has registered the disputed domain name in its favour without legal right or interest, causing confusion and in bad faith. Further without a license from the Complainant and hence this case.

Findings & Award:

Identical or confusing similar to trade mark, no right or legitimate interest, registered and used in bad faith. Ordered that the disputed domain name be transferred to the Complainant.
