The Complainant is a subsidiary company engaged in the business of jewellery under the trademark DAMAS which is part of its trade name since 1907 and has registered domain names such as damasjewellery.com, damasdubai.com, mydamas.com, etc and has registered trademark since 2000. The impugned domain name was registered by the Respondent has this case.

Findings & Award:

Identical or confusing similar to trade mark, no right or legitimate interest, registered and used in bad faith. Ordered that the disputed domain name be transferred to the Complainant immediately.
