The Complainant is the owner of the trademark TVS and has registered the same under various classes and has also registered its domain names such as TVsiyengar.comtw, TVstge.com.tw, TVsgroup.in, etc. The Respondent has registered the disputed domain name tVs.org.in in its favour and hence this case.

Identical or confusing similar to trade mark;

No right or legitimate interest;

Registered and used in bad faith;

The Respondent had expressed their willingness to transfer the disputed domain name in favour of the Complainant. Ordered that, the disputed domain name be immediately transferred to the Complainant.
