Facts of the case:

The Complainant is a Swiss Verein based in Switzerland. The Complainant has licensed the DELOITTE marks to its network of independent member firms. The trade arm DELOITTE forms the integral part of the corporate name of the Complainant and has been registered worldwide. The Complainant has registered the domain names such deloitte.com, deloitte.net, deloitte.org, deloitte.biz, etc.The Respondent has registered similar domain name to that of the Complainant causing confusion, and in bad faith and hence this case was filed by the Complainant.

Findings & Award:

Identical or confusingly similar to trademark, no right or legitimate interest, registered and used in bad faith. Ordered that the Respondent shall cease to use the Deloitte and also the disputed domain name be transferred to the Complainant.
