The complainant was founded in the year 1999 and provide insurance covering travel related risks under the brand Insure and Go which is a registered trademark in various foreign countries. The disputed domain was registered illegally by the respondent and was used to redirect the interest users to another website, travelbucket.com.

Findings & Award:

Disputed domain name identical and confusingly similar to trademark of complainant;

Respondent has no rights or legitimate interest;

Respondent registered the disputed domain name in bad faith;

It was ordered that the respondent shall transfer the disputed domain name in favour of the complainant.
