Other domain names which belong to the Complainant are crystaldebaccarat.com, baccarat-crytal.com, crystal-baccarat.com etc. Respondent registered the domain baccarat.in incorporating the complainant’s mark

Disputed domain name identical and confusingly similar;

Has no rights or legitimate interest  Registered in bad faith;
