Forms and Fees:
An address change of an applicant of a pending or a registered trademark can be recorded through the following Forms:

1. Pending Trademark:
   Form TM-M (CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERROR OR FOR AMENDMENT U/R 37)
   Official Fee: Rs 900 per mark.
2. Registered Trademark:
   Form TM-P (ALTER ADDRESS OF REGISTERED PROP/USER)
   Official fee- INR 900 per mark

Documentary Requirements:
For Applicants outside India – the address change application ought to be filed along with a Certified/Notarized copy of the trade register/company register evidencing the change in the address.

For Indian Applicants- a certified copy of address change document must be submitted along with the application requesting the Applicant’s change in address.
