Facts of the case:
The complainant claims to be the registered proprietor of the trademark YOUTUBE in US and many other countries and has filed trademark applications for the same in India. The respondent came forward to intimate that he and the complainant have negotiated and agreed to tranfer the disputed domain under a Confirmatory Agreement for Tranfer of Domain Names for consideration of NZ$8000.
Findings & Award:
Since the parties have mutually agreed upon over Confirmatory Agreement for Tranfer of Domain Names to settle the matter, the Tribunal ordered that accordingly the disputed domain name be tranferred in favor of the complainant and the agreed consideration of NZ$8000 be paid to the respondent.
