Nikhil practices intellectual property law at Selvam and Selvam with a focus on Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs. Nikhil has developed extensive experience in advising clients on strategies to develop, protect and enforce their trademark rights as well as registering and enforcing copyrights. He has effectively provided legal advice in all aspects of intellectual property to an array of clientele ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations alike.

Nikhil works in-depth on various sectors of intellectual property namely trademarks, copyrights, designs and domain disputes. This is including but not limited to prosecution, enforcement and IP transactions such as licensing and transfers of Copyrights, Designs, Trademarks and Domains. He also represents various clients in opposition and cancellation/revocation proceedings before the Trademark Office and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
